The bible you have is from the Masoretic text which was finalized by jewish scholars around 1000 A.D. which does not have God in Esther. The Septuagint bible that Orthodox and Catholics use is an older Hebrew text by jews of Alexandria in 3rd century B.C. which has mentions God in Esther plus prayers to God. Calling Haman antisemitic is inacurrate and does not have same bearing as today's standard and your history knowledge is lacking.
