The Extolling of Evil
Apart from the Bible, our times cannot be understood.
The world is so mixed up concerning good and evil that a moment of silence was held at the UN Security Council in honor of the deceased Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi who cursed Israel.
Known as “The Butcher Of Tehran,” Raisi and Iran’s foreign minister threatened Israel’s existence, and now they are both dead. To their shock and horror, they are facing the God of Israel in eternal judgment— after their helicopter crashed into a mountain. A Turkish leader also dropped dead after cursing Israel.
“And I will bless (do good for, benefit) those who bless you, And I will curse [that is, subject to My wrath and judgment] the one who curses (despises, dishonors, has contempt for) you. And in you all the families (nations) of the earth will be blessed.” (Genesis 12: 3 Amplified)
Meanwhile Karim Kahn, the prosecutor of the co-called International Court of Justice seeks arrests of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yoav Gallant along with three Hamas terror leaders— as if these men are morally equivalent.
Netanyahu has responded by saying that Mr. Khan “takes his place among the great antisemites in modern times.”
Gallant described the prosecutor’s action as an attempt to deny Israel the right to defend itself and to secure the release of the hostages.
Last night (Wednesday) the “Hostages and Missing Families Forum” released harrowing footage showing the abduction of five bloodied female soldiers from the Nahal Oz base by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023. I could not bear to watch the video, but I did see screenshots of the bound and sexually harassed women that were published by The Times Israel. A spokesman for the families said, “This [video] is the most sensitive version… and still terribly harsh. We are exposing ourselves and our daughters. We went back and forth over and over about whether to release it. Three of the mothers have not seen the footage, are not prepared to see the footage, cannot bear to see the girls [in the footage].”
The video was released ahead of a war cabinet meeting and was aimed at pressuring leaders to step up efforts to reach a hostage deal with Hamas.
Should such terrorism be rewarded with a state? Three countries—Norway, Ireland and Spain— have gone on record saying they will recognize a Palestinian state.
Israeli Facebook friend Hillel Fuld posted about a conversation with his 13-year-old son whose school’s rabbi had said Jews can’t appease antisemites. Furthermore, the boy said, “Don’t we say a verse every day in our prayers that proves this?—“God will give strength to His nation and then (and only then!) will God bless His nation with peace.”
Indeed, Psalm 29: 11 declares, “The LORD will give strength to His people; The LORD will bless His people with peace.”
Hillel had read that verse “about a zillion times” but in that moment his son actually taught the verse to him!
Consider the order in Psalm 29: 11. To achieve peace, strength comes first, not weakness, not appeasement.
Real peace is achieved from a place of strength.
Hillel wrote, “It’s time we internalize this.”
I would say the same for our western nations. The forces of darkness want to undermine and intimidate us. A show of strength would push back evil.
But with each passing day we come closer to the conditions described in Zechariah 12 concerning the nations turning on Jerusalem and the Jews.
“Behold, I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that causes reeling to all the peoples all around.” (Zechariah 12: 2) This chapter predicts that the whole world (including Israel’s heretofore ally the USA) will go against Jerusalem and thus against the Jews who govern Jerusalem.
The world wants to say that the Jews do not have an exclusive claim on Holy Land.
However, the historic Land of Israel belongs to God Himself according to Leviticus 25:23. And in Genesis 15: 18-19 God Himself decided to make a covenant with Abraham that would include the Holy Land as an eternal and unconditional part of that covenant for Abraham’s descendants through Isaac and Jacob.
The New Testament teaches in Romans 11: 29 that God’s gifts are irrevocable.

So so true Christine that only those spiritually born again can understand this last day great “spiritual” battle playing out before our eyes on the earth! Satan against God before his time.
We are born for such a time as this to pray and intercede with the mighty weapons of our warfare He has given us that we might occupy.
Our redemption draws near!! Let’s rejoice in that and that His sovereignty triumphs over all evil in the end!!!🤗🤗

You are so right, Christine. It is obvious who are the enemies of God for they have all shown their true colors. End time alliances have formed. God’s enemies are bringing the curses down upon their nations and there is a time coming when God will pronounce “Enough”!
